We determine our Christian services and New Age Philosophy are not religious, as a set decree - but a suggestion or guidance toward a spiritual journey or way of life. The paintings are a co-creation, an act of inspiration, guidance or a vision directly from God, Lord Jesus and the Ministry of Angels. They are to be deciphired by the individual and are for individual interpretation. They are not guaranteed to predict future events, they are an interpretation of visions and must be observed as such. Purchasing of any items means that you agree it is offered as a scientific experiment only and that no specific results can be guaranteed. All New Age practices must be classed as entertainment purposes only, although we disagree with this term, we must abide by all UK laws. With this in mind we state all reiki, energy, channelled paintings, mediumship, psychic related items and inspirational products are for Entertainment Purposes only.

Many of Jade's ideas, paintings and writing were shared on the imhac.org and imhac.co.uk website from 1987 - 2009. The sites have since been closed, as Jade chose to dedicate her time to her initial business and opted to have her work published into books since 2002 onwards. It is noted on the internet that some people have taken these ideas and expanded upon them, we must state for legal reasons that Jade is not associated with any other group, we are not responsible for their actions or non actions. All copies of Jade's written and artistic work are stored with her solicitors, time stamped and recorded.

IMHAC Productions, Sharna James Creations and all subsidiaries are a registered company in the UK and we abide by all UK and international Laws. - It is an unlawful, criminal act to plagiarise the written or creative work of another. Copyright laws have firm guidelines about this. To make false implications to dupe the public into purchasing from you when you knowingly recognise the work or ideas belong to another person is a criminal act and prosecution can be sought from the Office of Fair Trading. To utilise the work or ideas of another is also a criminal act and prosecution can be sought through the UK and International court system.
All of Sharna James Creations work is protected by the Copyright and Patents Act 1988. This protects our moral right to be identified as the author and artist of our works for the next 70 years. (This may change in the future) The following are the Restrictions within the Act:
